Ioannis Tsitsilonis

Ioannis Tsitsilonis is a graduate of the Department of Economics of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has many years of particularly significant experience in the field of financial administration and the management of listed companies.
During his professional career, he has served for a number of years as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Member of the Board of Directors in companies of the AEGEK Group (including the listed companies EFKLIDIS S.A. and AEGEK), with responsibilities that included the overall supervision of financial operations, representation of the companies before stock exchange and auditing authorities, as well as their administrative and legal representation.
In addition, he has extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, corporate governance, and internal audit, as well as a proven ability to organize and manage complex corporate structures.
His long tenure in senior positions in listed companies and his deep knowledge of the institutional and regulatory framework, combined with his independent judgment and standing, make him particularly well-suited to strengthening the functioning of the Company’s Board of Directors and Audit Committee.
