Notification Requirements<\/h1><\/div><\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n

Individuals or legal entities obliged to disclose, according to the provisions of Articles 9 (paragraphs 1 & 4), 10 and 11 of Law 3556\/2007, are required to do so regarding significant changes in the company\u2019s voting rights they possess. Disclosing must take place simultaneously to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and to the Company.<\/p>\n

The notification of the Company is effected by submitting the relevant Notification Form (TR1), duly signed, to the Investor Relations Department (Mr. Artemios Drazentas, Tel.: 210 3259700) at the latest within three (3) trading days (based on the official Trading Day Calendar of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission) from the date the relevant notification obligation arose, either by the personal appearance of the liable person or a legally authorized third party at the Company\u2019s registered office (15 Nikis St., 10557, Athens), or via confirmed fax transmission to 210 3259710, or via confirmed email transmission to ir@ekter.gr.<\/p>\n

The disclosure to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission is made within the aforementioned deadline by submitting the legally signed Notification Form (TR1) to the central registry of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (Ippokratous 3-5, 106 79 Athens), addressed to the Directorate of Public Offerings and Supervision of Listed Companies (Department of Supervision and Monitoring of the Behavior of Listed Companies), bearing the indication \u201cNotification of acquisition or disposal of major holdings of voting rights pursuant to Law 3556\/2007\u2033, or by a confirmed fax transmission (+30 210 3377243) .<\/a><\/p>\n
