Class D in all major categories of public works. Since 1999, she has been active in the technical sector through the construction companies MELKAT G.P. and MELKAT G.C., focusing on the execution of public and private projects. She is currently President of the company MELKAT TECHNIKI S.A. and holds a 3rd-class contractor\u2019s license in all main categories of public works.<br \/>She possesses significant administrative, organizational, and operational experience in the construction industry, as well as a long-standing and active institutional presence in collective bodies representing contracting companies. She is a member of the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of PESEDE, a representative to the Technical Council of the Region of Western Greece, and has served for many years as Secretary of SPEDE Patras.<br \/>Her experience in corporate governance matters, institutional representation, evaluation of professional issues, and the operation of collective bodies substantially strengthens the Company\u2019s corporate governance framework and effectively supports the work of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.<br \/>Ms. Bousiou meets the independence criteria set out in Article 9 of Law 4706\/2020, as she does not maintain any dependency relationship with the Company or its related parties.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"et_pb_module et_pb_button_module_wrapper et_pb_button_0_wrapper\"><a class=\"et_pb_button_0 et_pb_button et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module ekter-button\" href=\"https:\/\/ekter.gr\/en\/investor-relations\/corporate-governance\/board-of-directors\/\" data-icon=\"5\">Back<\/a><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":6,"featured_media":0,"parent":4760,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-6049","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
