{"id":4878,"date":"2024-07-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2024-06-30T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ekter.pigdev.gr\/anakoinwsh-dianomhs-merismatos-xrhshs-2023\/"},"modified":"2026-04-08T16:16:00","modified_gmt":"2026-04-08T13:16:00","slug":"anakoinwsh-dianomhs-merismatos-xrhshs-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ekter.gr\/en\/anakoinwsh-dianomhs-merismatos-xrhshs-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"NOTIFICATION OF DIVIDEND PAYMENT FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The company \u201c\u0395\u039a\u03a4\u0395R \u2014 CONSTRUCTION, BUILDING, REAL ESTATE, HOTEL, COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL COMPANY\u201d, announces, following Article 4.1.3.4. of the Athens Exchange Regulation, that according to the decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of June 28, 2024, the dividend for the financial year 2023 amounts to \u20ac 0,12 (gross dividend) per share, which is subject to 5% of withholding tax on dividends, i.e., \u20ac 0,006 per share, according to the provisions of Articles 40 &amp; 64 of Law 4172\/2013 as amended by Article 24 of Law 4646\/2019. Therefore, shareholders will a total net dividend amount of \u20ac 0,114 per share for the financial year 2023.<\/p>\n<div class=\"news_info\">\n<p>The cut-off date for the entitlement was set for Monday 8th July 2024. Consequently, from this date, the company&#8217;s shares will be traded on the stock exchange without the right to receive a dividend.<\/p>\n<p>The beneficiaries of the dividend for the 2023 financial year are the shareholders of the company who are registered in the records of the Securities Market System (In Greek: S.A.T) on Tuesday 9th July 2024 (record date).<\/p>\n<p>The dividend will be paid on Friday, August 12th July, 2024, by the paying bank &#8220;PIRAEUS BANK S.A.&#8221;, as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Through the S.A.T. Operators, for investors who have authorized their Operators for the collection.<\/li>\n<li>In case of deceased beneficiaries whom the dividend is payed to their heirs and their titles are held in the Special Account of SAT, under the ATHEXCSD , the dividend payment will be carried out by ATHEXCSD after the legalization of their heirs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After December 31, 2024, the payment of the dividend will be made only from the Company&#8217;s offices (15 Nikis Street, Athens, tel. 210-3259700).<br \/>\nIt is clarified to the shareholders that the right to colletc the dividend is time-barred after five years have passed from the end of the year in which the claim has arisen (the right is time-barred after 31.12.2029). After the above-mentioned time limit, any uncollected amount will be definitively transferred to the Hellenic Public, in accordance with the provisions of article 1 of the Law 1195\/1942.<\/p>\n<p>For further information, Shareholders may contact the Shareholders&#8217;
