“EKTER TECHNICAL – CONSTRUCTION – REAL ESTATE – HOTEL – COMMERCIAL – INDUSTRIAL SOCIETE ANONYME”<\/p>\n

with G.C.R. (GEMI) number 000285201000<\/p>\n

Athens, 09\/12\/2024<\/p>\n

EKTER S.A. (“EKTER” or “the Company”) hereby announces that in accordance with EU Regulation No. 596\/2014 and the Athens Stock Exchange Regula on, on 09.12.2024, Decision with ref. no. 3509153\/ 09.12.2024 of the Ministry of Development and Investment has been registered in the General Commercial Register under entry code number (ECN) 4875703. By the said Decision, the merger of the Company by acquisi on of the company under the name “ENERGEIAKOS KOMVOS ANONYMI ENERGEIAKI – ANAPTYXIAKI – EPENDYTIKI ETAIREIA” with G.C.R. (GEMI) number 131245301000 (“ENERGEIAKOS KOMVOS” or “the Acquired Company”) was approved.
\nThe merger was carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law 4601\/2019, Law 4548\/2018 and ar cle 54 of Law 4172\/2013, as well as the provisions of the Athens Stock
\nExchange Regulation and the legislation of the Capital Market.<\/p>\n
