The company EKTER SA, in the context of good, reliable and timely information to investors and pursuant to the provisions of Articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.3.15.1. of the ATHEX Regulation, as it stands today announces its financial calendar for the year 2024.<\/span><\/h1>\n

Announcing of Annual Financial Results 2023 and suspension of the Annual Financial Report Fiscal Year 2023 at the company’s website (www.ekter.gr<\/a>) and the Athens Exchange website (www.helex.gr<\/a>): Wednesday, April 24th, 2024.<\/p>\n

Annual General Assembly of Shareholders: Friday, June 28th, 2024.<\/p>\n

Dividend date: Monday, July 8th, 2024.<\/p>\n

Date of Dividend Beneficiaries: Tuesday, July 9th, 2024.<\/p>\n

Start of dividend payment: Friday, July 12th, 2024.<\/p>\n

The Annual General Assembly is the responsible body for the download distribution decision or dividend. Details will be announced by the Company following the Annual General Assembly.<\/p>\n
