(&#8220;EKTER&#8221; or the &#8220;Company&#8221;) announces, further to its announcement dated 14.07.2025, that on 18.07.2025, the merger by absorption of its wholly owned (nonlisted) subsidiary under the name \u201cIFIKLIS SINGLE-MEMBER S.A.
