The amount will be subscribed by \u201cPIRAEUS BANK S.A.\u201d, who also assumed the duties of representative.\u00a0<\/span><\/h1>\n<div class=\"news_info\">\n<p>The purpose of the loan is to refinance the existing short term loans of the company. The principal of the loan will be repaid in ten (10) equal semi-annual installments amounting to \u20ac250,000 each and the first one will become payable on 30-06-2021, with a 360 day Euribor interest rate, plus 3.75% annual margin.
