{"id":4990,"date":"2007-06-14T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2007-06-13T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ekter.pigdev.gr\/disposal-of-tangible-registered-shares\/"},"modified":"2026-04-07T18:12:31","modified_gmt":"2026-04-07T15:12:31","slug":"disposal-of-tangible-registered-shares","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ekter.gr\/en\/disposal-of-tangible-registered-shares\/","title":{"rendered":"Disposal of tangible registered shares"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ANNOUNCEMENT<\/p>\n<div class=\"news_content\">\n<div class=\"news_info\">\n<p>EKTER S.A. hereby informs investors, based on resolution no. 31\/430\/06.6.2007 passed by the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that 5,380 tangible registered shares which had not been submitted for dematerialization will be disposed of on Monday 25 June 2007, in accordance with article 99\u0391 of the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange and resolution no. 1\/380\/4.5.2006 passed by the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.<\/p>\n<p>The Athens Stock Exchange member responsible for the disposal of the above shares is PIRAEUS Securities S.A.<\/p>\n<p>The result of the disposal will be announced to shareholders through the means provided for in applicable law (Law No. 3371\/2005, article 18), and the net product of the disposal will be deposited at the Deposits and Loans Fund in favor of all beneficiaries.<\/p>\n<p>For further information, you can contact the Shareholders Department of the company;
