{"id":5028,"date":"2026-01-05T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-01-04T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ekter.pigdev.gr\/gnwstopoihsh-neas-sygkrothshs-d-s-ekter-a-e\/"},"modified":"2026-04-08T13:17:08","modified_gmt":"2026-04-08T10:17:08","slug":"gnwstopoihsh-neas-sygkrothshs-d-s-ekter-a-e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ekter.gr\/en\/gnwstopoihsh-neas-sygkrothshs-d-s-ekter-a-e\/","title":{"rendered":"New Composition of the Board of Directors of EKTER S.A."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Announcement on the Reconstitution of the Board of Directors of EKTER S.A.<\/p>\n<div class=\"news_info\">\n<p>EKTER S.A. announces that, following the resignation letter dated 31.12.2025 submitted by Mr. Konstantinos Stoumpou, the Board of Directors, by its decision dated 05.01.2026, was reconstituted into a body, as provided for by the provisions of Law 4706\/2020.<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, on 05.01.2026 the Board of Directors decided to replace Mr. Konstantinos Stoumpou as a member of the Board of Directors in the position of Vice Chairman and to elect Mr. Alexios Pilavios, son of Andreas, as a new member of the Board of Directors in the position of Vice Chairman, as a non-executive member.<\/p>\n<p>Consequently, the Board of Directors resolved to reconstitute the body as follows:<\/p>\n<p>1. Mr. Athanasios Sipsas, son of Konstantinos, Chairman of the Board of Directors \/ Executive Member<br \/>\n2. Mr. Konstantinos Sipsas-Bouzas, son of Athanasios, Chief Executive Officer \/ Executive Member<br \/>\n3. Mr. Apostolos Bakogiannis, son of Zisis, General &amp; Technical Director \/ Executive Member<br \/>\n4. Mr. Alexios Pilavios, son of Andreas, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors \/ Non-Executive Member<br \/>\n5. Ms. Androniki Ioannidou, daughter of Emmanuel, Non-Executive Member<br \/>\n6. Mr. Georgios Pliatsikas, son of Ilias, Independent Non-Executive Member<br \/>\n7. Ms. Vasiliki Krokou, daughter of Ioannis, Independent Non-Executive Member<br \/>\n8.
