font-size: 14px;\">EKTER S.A. hereby announces that on 8 December 2025 the following obliged person acquired, through an over-the-counter (OTC) transaction (outside the trading cycle), shares issued by the Company, as follows:<\/span><\/h1>\n<div class=\"news_info\">\n<p>Mr. Apostolos Bakogiannis, son of Zisis, General &amp;
