No. 2147\/06\/\u0392\/86\/06<\/p>\n<p>Based on a resolution passed by the Board of Directors on 04.01.2006 and in accordance with the Company\u2019s Articles of Association, the Company\u2019s Shareholders are invited to an Extraordinary General Assembly to be held on Friday, 27 January 2006 at 10:00 a.m., at the company\u2019s offices (18-20 Amarousiou-Chalandriou Road, 151 25 Amarousion). The items of the agenda are as follows:<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0Change of the company\u2019s registered office and amendment of article 2 of its Articles of Association.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0Approval of the election of a member of the Board of Directors.<br \/>\n3.\u00a0Encoding of the Articles of Association.<br \/>\n3.\u00a0Miscellaneous announcements.<\/p>\n<p>Any shareholders wishing to attend the General Assembly, in accordance with the law and the Company\u2019s Articles of Association, will have to do the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If they have dematerialized their shares and their shares are not in the Special Account, they will have to commit, through their account Operator, the shares they hold and receive a relevant Share Commitment Certificate issued by the Operator, and submit the certificate to the Company\u2019s offices (18-20 Amarousiou-Chalandriou Road, 151 25 Amarousion), at least five (5) days prior to the date of the Ordinary General Assembly.<\/li>\n<li>If they have dematerialized their shares and their shares are in the Special Account, they will have to commit the shares they hold through a statement filed with HELLENIC EXCHANGES S.A. and receive the relevant Share Commitment Certificate issued by the Central Securities Depository, and submit the certificate to the Company\u2019s offices (18-20 Amarousiou-Chalandriou Road, 151 25 Amarousion), at least five (5) days prior to the date of the Ordinary General Assembly.<\/li>\n<li>Finally, if they have not dematerialized their shares, they will have to submit the depository documents of their shares to the Company\u2019s Treasury Department\u00a0 (18-20 Amarousiou-Chalandriou Road, 151 25 Amarousion) or to the Deposits and Loans Fund or to any Bank in Greece at least five (5) days prior to the date of the Ordinary General Assembly, and within the same deadline, to submit to the Company proof that they have submitted the depository documents of their shares along with any possible representation authorization documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Athens, 04.01.2006<br \/>\nThe Board of Directors<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>EKTER S.A.
