{"id":5063,"date":"2023-11-08T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-11-07T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ekter.pigdev.gr\/nea-symbash-ergoy-13\/"},"modified":"2026-04-08T16:10:43","modified_gmt":"2026-04-08T13:10:43","slug":"nea-symbash-ergoy-13","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ekter.gr\/en\/nea-symbash-ergoy-13\/","title":{"rendered":"New Project Contract"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"news_content\">\n<h1><span style=\"color: #666666; font-size: 14px;\">PRESS RELEASE<\/span><\/h1>\n<div class=\"news_info\">\n<p>EKTER S.A. informs the investing public that on 07.11.2023 the Company signed with the 1st District Health Directorate of Attica, a project contract for the preparation of the detailed design and the implementation of the project &#8220;RENOVATION AND UPGRADING OF THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT (E.D.), LAUNDRY ROOMS &#8211; UNDERGROUND AND NURSING DEPARTMENTS OF THE 5TH FLOOR OF THE CENTRAL WING OF &#8220;KAT&#8221; GENERAL HOSPITAL&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The contractual fee was set at the lump sum of 4,940,896.46 \u20ac plus 24% VAT, while the overall deadline for the completion of the contract scope was set at eleven (11) months from contract signing.<\/p>\n<p>Following the signing of the above contract, the outstanding balance of the Public and Private works executed by EKTER S.A.
