PRESS RELEASE<\/p>\n

SUBJECT: Establishment of a Consortium for the execution of a new project<\/p>\n

EKTER S.A. announces to investors the establishment of the Consortium “EKTER S.A. – TRITON ACT S.A. (SOTIRIA)”, for the execution of the project “Construction of a new Radiotherapy – Chemotherapy Centre and Clinic Renovation of Men’s Building 300 at the Athens General Hospital of Thoracic Diseases “SOTIRIA””. The project owner is the Administration of the 1st Health District of Attica.
\nEKTER S.A. participates in the above Consortium with a 50% share. The amount of the project contract is 22.121.728,39\u20ac (plus VAT 24%) and the completion time of the project was set at sixteen (16) months from contract signing.<\/p>\n

After the signing of the above contract, the unexecuted balance of the Public and Private projects undertaken by EKTER S.A. (either solely or through its participation in joint ventures) amounts to 105.17 million euros.<\/p>\n
