AWARDED NEW PROJECT. BACKLOG REACHES \u20ac140MN<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Athens, October 2, 2025<\/p>\n<p>EKTER S.A. announces the signing of an agreement with PRIME HANISMA LTD, regarding the conversion of an existing industrial property in Piraeus into a residential complex.<\/p>\n<p>The scope of work of this project includes, among others, the complete reshaping of the property for residential use, the addition of four floors on top of the existing building, the<br \/>\nconstruction of a swimming pool on the 6th floor of the building as well as converting the ground floor for health regulated establishments use.<\/p>\n<p>The budget of the project amounts to \u20ac16.7mn and the construction\u2019s duration is set at 670 days.<\/p>\n<p>The new assignment enriches EKTER S.A.\u2019s already expanded portfolio of construction projects and reaffirms its extensive know-how and specialization in buildings.<\/p>\n<p>With the addition of the above project, the Company\u2019s backlog now stands at \u20ac139.6 mn.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>EKTER S.A.
