{"id":5116,"date":"2008-07-03T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2008-07-02T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ekter.pigdev.gr\/notification-of-dividend-payment-of-financial-year-2007\/"},"modified":"2026-04-07T18:18:42","modified_gmt":"2026-04-07T15:18:42","slug":"notification-of-dividend-payment-of-financial-year-2007","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ekter.gr\/en\/notification-of-dividend-payment-of-financial-year-2007\/","title":{"rendered":"Notification of dividend payment of financial year 2007"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>PRESS NOTE<\/p>\n<div class=\"news_content\">\n<div class=\"news_info\">\n<p>The company EKTER S.A., announces that according to the decision by the Ordinary General Shareholders\u2019 Meeting held on June 27th 2008, the dividend for financial year 2007 amounts to 0.05 euro per share.<br \/>\nBeneficiaries of the aforementioned dividends are owners of the Company\u2019s shares during the end of the Athens Exchange session on July 29th 2008.<br \/>\nWednesday July 30th 2008 was set as the ex dividend date. Therefore, from July 30th the company\u2019s shares will be traded on the Athens Exchange without the right to receive dividend.<br \/>\nThe dividend payment will take place on August 7th 2008 from the paying agent \u201cPIRAEUS BANK S.A.\u201d, as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Through official users in the Dematerialized Securities System, according to articles 329 of the Athens Exchange Regulation and 39 of the Regulation of HELLENIC EXCHANGES S.A.<\/li>\n<li>Through the branches of Piraeus Bank, for those shareholders that have requested exemption from their users in the Dematerialized Securities System, or who have their shares in a Special Account.<\/li>\n<li>For shareholders that, for several reasons, cannot be credited through their users, receipt of the dividend will be available from August 13th 2008 through the Branches of \u201cPIRAEUS BANK S.A.\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The collection of the dividend for the aforementioned cases 2 and 3, is possible until 31\/12\/2008 and takes place with disclosing the Investor Account Number in the Dematerialized Securities System and with the official ID, either by the investor or by a legally authorized representative.<br \/>\nFollowing the aforementioned date (31\/12\/2008) the dividend payment will take place only from the offices of \u201cEKTER S.A.\u201d at the address 15 Nikis Str., Syntagma, 105 57 Athens Greece, tel. + 30 210 3259 700.<br \/>\nFor more information Shareholders may refer to the company\u2019s Investor Relations department (15 Nikis Str., Syntagma 105 57, Athens Greece tel. 210 3259700).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PRESS NOTE The company EKTER S.A., announces that according to the decision by the Ordinary General Shareholders\u2019 Meeting held on June 27th 2008, the dividend for financial year 2007 amounts to 0.05 euro per share.
