Actually, these comprised thirteen (13) complete and buildable plots of land located at \u201cAGRARI\u201d \u2013 \u201cANO MERIA\u201d, of a total surface area of 14,18 acres, and one (1) complete and buildable plot of land at \u201cKOUNDOUROS\u201d, of a surface area of 19.43 acres according to the initial title, or 17.28 acres after deducting the beach zone according to the cadastral plan.
