EKTER S.A. hereby informs investors that on 12 May 2008 the Joint Venture “AEGEK CONSTRUCTIONS S.A. \u2013 BIOTER S.A. \u2013 AKTOR S.A. \u2013 EKTER S.A.\u201d entered into a 3rd supplementary contract for the construction of the project \u201cConstruction of new military hospital of Thessaloniki\u201d (424 Thessaloniki General Military Hospital)\u201d<\/p>\n

The Ministry of National Defence (General Staff\/ 737 Division of Military Works\/ Construction Department) is the project owner.
\nEKTER S.A. has a 20% stake in the above Joint Venture.
\nThe project budget amounts to \u20ac 23,580,532.82 including contingencies, revision and VAT.
\nThe construction period is estimated to be 12 months from conclusion of the above contract.
\nThe above Joint Venture has undertaken to carry out all works required for the thorough, timely and workmanlike fulfilment of the obligations related to design, supply, construction, testing, adjustments and supervision of operation until project final delivery.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
