{"id":5587,"date":"2026-03-04T08:00:58","date_gmt":"2026-03-04T05:00:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ekter.pigdev.gr\/new-project-contract-2\/"},"modified":"2026-03-04T08:00:58","modified_gmt":"2026-03-04T05:00:58","slug":"new-project-contract-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ekter.gr\/en\/new-project-contract-2\/","title":{"rendered":"New Project Contract"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>EKTER S.A. undertakes the construction of a bioclimatic swimming complex in the Municipality of Ampelokipoi\u2013Menemeni.<\/p>\n<p>EKTER S.A., in accordance with Regulation (EU) 596\/2014 and the Regulations of the Athens Stock Exchange, informs the investment community that on March 3, 2026, it signed a contract with the Municipality of Ampelokipoi \u2013 Menemeni.<\/p>\n<p>The subject of the contract is the \u201cDesign and construction of a bioclimatic \/ energyautonomousm swimming complex for the Municipality of Ampelokipoi\u2013Menemeni.\u201d The contractual remuneration was set at the lump-sum amount of \u20ac24,532,884.79 (plus 24% VAT), while the total completion period for the project is 24 months. <\/p>\n<p>Following the signing of the above contract, the backlog of public and private projects executed by EKTER S.A.
