The Board of Directors intends to propose to the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders the distribution of dividend. Further details will be provided in a subsequent company announcement following the Annual Ordinary General Meeting. It is noted that the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders is the competent body to decide upon the distribution of dividend, ex-dividend date as well as dividend payment commencement date.<\/p>\n

The Company reserves the right to alter the aforementioned dates, provided that investors are informed in a timely manner.<\/p>\n
