Undertakes the Construction of Sports Facilities for the Panathinaikos Amateur Athletic Club<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>EKTER S.A., in accordance with Regulation (EU) 596\/2014 and the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, informs the investment community that on 26 May 2026 it signed a contract with ALPHA INVESTMENT PROPERTY ELAIONA S.A.<\/p>\n<p>The subject of the contract is the \u201cConstruction of the sports facilities of the Panathinaikos Amateur Athletic Club\u201d. The contract price has been set at a lump-sum amount of \u20ac33,600,000.00 (plus 24% VAT), while the total completion period for the project is set at 16 months.<\/p>\n<p>Following the signing of the above contract, the backlog of public and private projects being executed by EKTER S.A.
