(the \u201cCompany\u201d), pursuant to Regulation (EU) 596\/2014 and the Athens Exchange Rulebook, informs the investing public that on 30 September 2026 it signed a design and build contract with \u201cPRIVILEGED GENERAL WAREHOUSES OF GREECE SINGLE MEMBER S.A.\u201d (P.A.E.G.A.E.).<\/p>\n<p>The subject of the contract is the design and construction of the project \u201cExpansion of P.A.E.G.A.E. Warehouse Facilities in Magoula\u201d, on the P.A.E.G.A.E. property at the \u201cPlakoto\u201d location of the Magoula Municipal Unit, Municipality of Elefsina. The project comprises the construction of five new warehouse buildings with a total area of approximately 159,000 sq.m., together with the associated external works.<\/p>\n<p>The contract price has been set at the lump sum of \u20ac155,000,000.00 (plus VAT), while the overall completion period is set at 40 months from the contract signing.<\/p>\n<p>Following the signing of the above contract, the backlog of public and private projects executed by EKTER S.A.
