Georgios Pliatsikas

Independent Non-Executive Member,

Born in 1961, he graduated from the Department of Political and Economic Sciences (P.O.E.) of the Law School of the University of Athens. In 1988, he joined the accounting department of the construction company AEGEK S.A., initially as an Assistant Accountant, then as an Accountant from 1990, and from 1994 to 2008 as Accounting Director for the company and all its subsidiaries. During the period 1990–1995, he also maintained a private Accounting and Tax Consultancy Office. From 2009 to 2017, he served as the Director of Financial and Administrative Services at HELECTOR S.A. (ELLAKTOR Group). He is a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece and holds a 1st Class Accountant professional license.
