Vassiliki Krokou

Independent Non-Executive Member, Member of the Company’s Audit Committee

Ms. Vasiliki Krokou is a graduate of the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) and holds a 1st Class Accountant-Tax Consultant license. She possesses extensive experience (since 1980) practicing as an accountant in various commercial and technical Sociétés Anonymes (S.A.).

Between 1997 and 2010, she concurrently practiced as a freelance professional for the companies "DIETHNIS PLIROFORIKI LTD," "ANELIXI S.A.," and "G. NATSIKAS & CO L.P." From 2002 to 2012, she served as the Head of Accounting for the Joint Venture AEGEK CONSTRUCTION S.A. – BIOTER S.A. – AKTOR A.T.E. – EKTER S.A., which executed the "New Military Hospital of Thessaloniki (424 GSNT)" project, with a budget of approximately €164,000,000.00.

She has participated in numerous professional training seminars on accounting matters and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
