EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION DELASAL
The project concerns the transformation of an existing industrial building into a standard educational building, characterized by its functionality, aesthetics, and contemporary architectural approach, in accordance with the EOPPEP (National Organization for Certification of Qualifications & Vocational Guidance) specifications for private educational institutions.
It is a three-storey building consisting of a 2,200.00 m2 basement and a 6,100.00 m2 superstructure. The planned static reinforcements were carried out, a complete external restructuring with replacement of all the electrical installations and a complete renovation of the facades with several decorative projecting cement board elements.
Finally, the surrounding area of approximately 8,000.00 m2 was created with the construction of two basketball courts, a football court and a tennis court.
