EKTER S.A. APPLIED FOR THE 7th GRADE CONSTRUCTION LICENSE

EKTER S.A. announces that, having now met all the necessary criteria, it has applied to the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport for obtaining the highest-level 7th grade
construction license.
Obtaining the 7th grade construction license upgrades EKTER S.A.’s prospects and signals its entry into a new phase of growth, as the Company will be eligible to participate in
even larger public and private projects, without the limitation of the financial adequacy and technical capacity criteria of the 7th grade, thus gaining access to a broader pool of
tenders.
