EKTER S.A. (the “Company”), pursuant to Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and the Athens Exchange Rulebook, informs the investing public that on 30 September 2026 it signed a design and build contract with “PRIVILEGED GENERAL WAREHOUSES OF GREECE SINGLE MEMBER S.A.” (P.A.E.G.A.E.).
The subject of the contract is the design and construction of the project “Expansion of P.A.E.G.A.E. Warehouse Facilities in Magoula”, on the P.A.E.G.A.E. property at the “Plakoto” location of the Magoula Municipal Unit, Municipality of Elefsina. The project comprises the construction of five new warehouse buildings with a total area of approximately 159,000 sq.m., together with the associated external works.
The contract price has been set at the lump sum of €155,000,000.00 (plus VAT), while the overall completion period is set at 40 months from the contract signing.
Following the signing of the above contract, the backlog of public and private projects executed by EKTER S.A. (either independently or through its participation in joint ventures) amounts to €412.1 million.
