EKTER S.A. (the “Company”), pursuant to Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook, hereby informs the investing public that on 9 October 2026 the Joint Venture “INTRAPOWER – EKTER A.E. – KLX AIRPORT JOINT VENTURE”, in which the Company participates with a 50% stake, signed a contract with “KALAMATA AIRPORT S.A.”.
The subject of the contract is the design and construction of the project “KALAMATA AIRPORT (KLX)”. The project concerns the design and construction of works at Kalamata International Airport (KLX), which include a new terminal building of approximately 9,300 sq.m., the refurbishment of the existing terminal, the expansion of the airside apron and landside areas, and the associated infrastructure.
The contract value amounts to €51,090,465.00 (plus VAT), while the overall deadline for completion of the contract scope is set at 30 months from the commencement date of the works.
Following the signing of the above contract, the backlog of public and private projects undertaken by EKTER S.A. (either independently or through its participation in joint ventures) amounts to €428.3 million.
