On the basis of Laws N.3556/2007 and N.3340/2005, the decision 1/434/3.7.2007 and Circular 33 of the Capital Market Commission, EKTER, S.A. announces to the investment public that on 08/06/2015, according to the received notification form TR-1, Mr ATHANASIOS SIPSAS, President of BoD of EKTER S.A., exceeded the rate of 25% of the voting rights in the Company. In particular the rate of Mr. ATHANASIOS SIPSASs stood at 25,744% percentage of total voting rights in the Company, corresponding to 2,896,195 shares, and involves 450,000 direct voting rights, a percentage of 4,000% and 2.446.195 indirect voting rights, a percentage of 21,744%. .
Before the critical transaction, Mr. ATHANASIOS SIPSAS directly held 450.000 voting rights (rate of 4,000% of the total voting rights).
The above change (acquisition of indirect rate) occurred on 06.05.2015 due to the acquisition of the majority of the voting rights of NIKIAS S.A..
