On the basis of Laws N.3556/2007 and N.3340/2005, the decision 1/434/3.7.2007 and Circular 33 of the Capital Market Commission, EKTER, S.A. announces that on 07/09/2012, Mr Kostantinos Stoubos, Member of the Board of Directors of EKTER S.A., bought 450.000 common registered shares of EKTER S.A.  for a total value € 135.000,00.
