Monday, 27 July 2009 was set as the dividend cut-off date. Thus from that date onward, the company’s shares will be traded on the Athens Stock Exchange without the right to collect a dividend.
Any company shareholders registered in the Dematerialized Securities System (DSS) on Wednesday, 29 July 2009 (record date) shall be entitled to collect the dividend for the fiscal year 2008.

• The dividend shall be paid on Tuesday, 4 August 2009, by the paying bank “PIRAEUS BANK S.A.” as follows:
• Through the DSS operators pursuant to article 5.5 of the Articles of Incorporation of the Athens Stock Exchange and article 39 of the Articles of Incorporation of the company HELLENIC EXCHANGES S.A.
• Through the Piraeus Bank network of branches for those shareholders who have requested exemption from their DSS operator or have kept their shares in the Special Accounts of their Investor Shares.
• Those shareholders who cannot be credited through their operators for various reasons will be able to collect the dividend, starting from Monday, 10 August 2009, through the “PIRAEUS BANK S.A.” network of branches.

A shareholder shall be able to collect the dividend for the above cases 2 and 3 until 31/12/2009 by communicating his/her KAME (Investor Share Code Number, DSS) and producing his/her Police Identification Card, either in person or through a legally authorized representative.
Following the above date (31/12/2009), dividend payments shall be effected only at the office of “EKTER S.A.” at 15 Nikis Str., Zip Code 105 57, tel. 210 3259 700.

Any dividends which are not collected in five (5) years will be deleted in favor of the Greek State.
