In accordance with article 2 of resolution No. 3/347/12.7.2005 passed by the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, we hereby announce that EKTER S.A. proceeded to sell 49,520 common registered shares of the company AEGEK (representing 0.062% of all common registered shares) and 292,490 preferred registered shares of the company AEGEK (representing 9.155% of all preferred registered shares), with the latest transaction made on 22 February 2006. Upon completion of the above transactions, EKTER S.A. will no longer hold any (preferred or common) shares of the company AEGEK.
