On 28 November, EKTER S.A. drafted an agreement for the issue and allocation of a bond loan in the amount of 4,920,000 Euros with ‘PIRAEUS BANK S.A.’, which also assumed the duties of underwriter. Two (2) or more debenture series shall be issued: (a) series A’ shall amount to 2,240,000.00 Euros and (b) the remaining, one (1) or more, debenture series shall amount to 2,680,000.00 Euros.
The loan shall be used, on the one hand, to refinance a current bank loan that was used for the purchase of an immovable that is located in the Municipality of Neo Faliro of the Prefecture of Attiki, at 11-13 Veikou street, of an amount of 2,240,000.00 Euros, and, on the other hand, to finance the cost of erecting an apartment building on the said immovable of an amount of 2,680,000.00 Euros.
The principal of the loan shall be settled in fourteen (14) quarterly instalments, while the date of repayment thereof shall begin twenty-one (21) months from the date of commencement of the loan.
The date of commencement of the loan is the date of issue of the loan’s series A’ debentures, which may be any business day within the period that begins from date the loan agreement is signed and expires with the lapse of one (1) month from the date the loan agreement is signed.
The bond loan shall be secured with a statutory notice of mortgage against the said immovable.
