EKTER S.A. (the «Company»), following an article in the daily press regarding the investment plan for the development of a tourist facility in Kolympithres, Paros and within the context of proper information of investors, hereby announces that:
Based on the information available to date, the Company has not received any published processing minutes of the Council of State with number 20/2026, nor has it become aware of it through official notification or other institutional procedure.
In any case, according to this article, the case concerns an amended draft Presidential Decree that has been submitted by the Administration and is referred for examination to the Plenary of the Council of State, a fact that demonstrates that there is no definitive judgment on the issue.
The Company will promptly inform investors of any further material developments.
