In reply to letter no. 19250/11.05.2007 sent by the ASE, commenting on an electronic press report, we would like to point out the following:
(1) No decision has been made for a fixed partnership with a foreign firm with regard to concession projects and projects involving public-private partnership. Our company will examine the potential for partnerships with other foreign or domestic enterprises on a case-by-case basis.
(2) EKTER S.A. intends to take part in a tender announced by GAIAOSE S.A., in Joint Venture with the company KING HELLAS S.A., which represents the firm King Sturge International in Greece. The tender will be held on 21/5/2007 and pertains to the project “Development – financing – management and exploitation of a building complex in the railway station of Piraeus (SPAP)”.
