In pursuance of Article 4.1.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook, EKTER SA notifies that the ordinary tax audit of the company for the fiscal years 2006, 2007 and 2008 has been completed. The tax audit resulted in the imputation of total taxes equal to € 470,660.91, which were paid on an one-off basis without surcharges to the competent Athens S.A. Tax Office in compliance with the provisions of decision No. POL. 1044/22.4.2010.
The amount of € 102,097.28 will be charged to the current year results given that the company had raised a provision for tax audit adjustments for the fiscal years 2006-2008 which totalled € 368,563.63.
