EKTER S.A. has undertaken the erection of two multi-story buildings (blocks of flats), based on an special Exchange Agreement (antiparochi), of a total surface area of 2,000 m2.
The land where the blocks of flats will be erected is in the territory of the Municipality of Athens, in a block surrounded by Almyrou, Paioniou, Domokou and Karditsis Streets.
The deadline set for the construction of the project is 24 months.
