EKTER S.A., in application of the provisions of L. 3556/2007 and circular 33/2007 of the Capital market Commission, wishes to inform investors that on May 5th 2009, it received a notification by shareholder Ms. Pappa Soultana-Aleksantra,  whereby on 29.04.2009 such shareholder’s direct participation in EKTER S.A., which corresponded to a share of 5,79% in the company’s voting rights and 651.290 ordinary registered voting shares, changed to 3,914% of the company’s voting rights, henceforth corresponding to 440.390 ordinary voting shares.
