The company under the name “EKTER TECHNICAL – CONSTRUCTION – REAL ESTATE – HOTEL – COMMERCIAL – INDUSTRIAL SOCIETE ANONYME”, trading as “EKTER S.A.”, informs investors it has concluded a common bond loan with PIRAEUS BANK, in the framework of co-financing loans of the Recovery & Resilience Facility (RRF), for the amount of €42.640.000,00 concerning the needs of an investment project involving the construction of a 5* premium hotel unit. The investment project to be implemented by EKTER S.A. is an eligible investment of the RRF/NRRP, within the Greek Territory, with a total budget of €53.300.000,00, falling under the “Extroversion” thematic axis – pillar provided for by the NRRP. The disbursement of the loan will be carried out in instalments depending on the progress of the project’s construction works.
