It is hereby announced that a final agreement was reached with ETHNIKI INSURANCE COMPANY and thus a final settlement certificate was signed for the project “Erection of the new ETHNIKI INSURANCE COMPANY Building Complex at Syngrou Ave.”, which was implemented by EKTER S.A. The execution of the above certificate marked the provisional and final taking over of the project and the settlement of all the disputes that had arisen during construction.
It is pointed out that, in accordance with the above agreement, the final price of the project amounted to € 43,266,885.54 (including VAT), compared to the initial contractual price which amounted to € 38,704,000.00 (including VAT). All letters of guarantee, which amounted to € 6,466,160.00, were returned to EKTER S.A.
