EKTER S.A. hereby announces the execution of a financial lease agreement with “ATE LEASING S.A.” on a “sale and lease back” basis. The scope of the agreement involves an item of real estate (a plot of land including a building under construction) owned by EKTER S.A., at 15 Nikis Str., 105 57, Syntagma, Athens. The total surface of the land is approximately 268.80 m2. EKTER S.A. has already erected a state-of-the-art office building in the said land (comprising eight floors, a ground floor and four basements) in order to house its headquarters and ensure the operation of the company in accordance with the purposes set out in its Articles of Association.
The total value of the financial lease agreement amounts to € 4,250,000.00. Based on the agreement, EKTER S.A. has already collected the above amount.
The term of the financial lease agreement is 12 years, from 30 June 2006 to 30 June 2018.
The monthly lease fee which paid by EKTER S.A. since 30/06/2006 amounts to € 36,889.40 for the first 60 months, and € 35,019.84 for the remaining months, adjusted based on the European Interbank Offered Rate (EURIBOR).
The purchase price at sale is Euro 1,190,810.91.
