We hereby inform you that the issue schedule dated 28/11/2007 with respect to an Ordinary Bond Loan taken out by PIRAEUS BANK SA has been modified. The modification refers to the change in the repayment schedule of the Loan’s capital that will be settled in nine (9) consecutive, quarterly amortization instalments (initially fourteen), the first of which will be paid on 27 June 2011. The term of the Loan will remain as it had been fixed, namely until 27/06/2013.
