EKTER S.A. informs the investing public that on 11.06.204 the Company signed with the HOLY CATHEDRAL OF MONEMVASIA& SPARTIS the contract of the project: “STAVROS NIARCHOS FOUNDATION (SNF) BUILDING COMPLEX “FOTIS KONTOGLOU” SCHOOL OF HAGIOTHOLOGY & BYZANTINE MUSIC SCHOOL” with a Donation from the “Stavros Niarchos” Foundation (SNF).
The contractual fee has been set at €3,568,693.13 (the fee is subject to a VAT exemption regime, in accordance with the case of paragraph 1, article 27 of the VAT Code) while the overall deadline for finalizing the subject of the contract is eighteen (18) months from the date of signing the Installation Protocol.
Following the signing of the above contracts, the outstanding balance of the Public and Private works executed by EKTER S.A. (either individually or through its participation in joint venturew), amounts to 127,25 million euros.
