EKTER S.A. announces to investors that today, 13.03.2025, the company has signed a project contract with KTIRIAKES YPODOMES S.A. The contract scope consists in the implementation of the project: “SUB9. HELLENIC
PASTEUR INSTITUTE – SUB-PROJECT 2: BUILDING WORKS” The contractual fee was set at the lump sum of 11.639.580,46 € (plus VAT 24%), while the overall deadline for the completion of the contract scope is set until 31.05.2026.
Following the signing of the above contract, the unexecuted balance of the Public and Private Works carried out by EKTER S.A. (either solely or through its participation in consortiums) amounts to €116.60 million.
