EKTER S.A. informs the investing public that on June 19, 2025, it signed a project contract with the Administration of the 6th Health Region of Peloponnese, Ionian Islands, Epirus & Western Greece. The subject of the contract is the execution of the project:
“EXPANSION OF THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT AND CONSTRUCTION OF A RESUSCITATION ROOM AT THE UNIVERSITY GENERAL HOSPITAL OF IOANNINA.”
The contractual fee has been set at the lump sum of €3,491,400.58 (plus 24% VAT), and the overall deadline for the completion of the project is set for June 30, 2026.
Additionally, EKTER S.A. announces that on June 18, 2025, it signed a project contract with SILIACO HOLDINGS LIMITED. The subject of this contract is the execution of the project:
“CONSTRUCTION OF A HOLIDAY RESIDENCE IN PAROS.”
The contractual fee has been set at the lump sum of €2,677,000.00 (plus 24% VAT), and the overall deadline for completion of the project is set for June 18, 2026.
Following the signing of the above contracts, the outstanding balance of Public and Private projects being carried out by EKTER S.A. (either independently or through its participation in joint ventures) amounts to €109.09 million
