EKTER S.A., in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 and the Athens Exchange Regulation, informs the investment community of the signing of two (2) new contracts.
On June 11, 2026, a Bridge Agreement was signed between the consortium Intrapower–EKTER–KLX AIRPORT, in which EKTER S.A. participates with a 50% stake, and Kalamata Airport S.A.. The agreement concerns the studies and preliminary design works for the upgrade project of Kalamata International Airport, pending the execution of the main Design and Construction Contract that will follow. The contractual remuneration was set at a lump-sum amount of €1,500,000.00 (plus 24% VAT).
On June 23, 2026, EKTER S.A. signed a contract with the Municipality of Chios. The scope of the contract is the “Construction of the Special Primary School – Kindergarten and Special Vocational Education and Training Center (E.E.E.E.K.) of Chios at the ‘Foros’ location.” The contractual value was set at €8,231,172.02 (plus 24% VAT), while the total completion period of the project has been established at thirty (30) months.
Following the execution of the above contracts, the outstanding backlog of public and private sector projects being executed by EKTER S.A., either independently or through its participation in joint ventures, amounts to €208.4 million.
