According to a resolution passed by the BoD of EKTER S.A. on 14/11/2008 the makeup of its Board of Directors is as follows:

• Athanasios Sipsas, son of Konstantinos, Chairman of the BoD / Executive Member, Mechanical Engineer Technician, Holder of a Class IV Diploma (Constructors Experience Registry No. 7605).
• Ioannis Kavetsos, son of Andreas, CEO / Executive Member, Certified Agronomist Surveyor Engineer and Certified Civil Engineer. Holder of a Class IV Diploma (Constructors Experience Registry No. 4051).
• Konstantinos Stoumpos, son of Ioannis, General & Technical Manager / Executive Member, Certified Electrical Engineer. Holder of a Class IV Diploma (Constructors Experience Registry No. 8876). Responsible for the supervision of public and private projects.
• Elias Nikolopoulos, son of Georgios, Independent Non Executive Member, Lawyer.
• Charalambos Kanellopoulos, son of Konstantinos, Independent Non Executive Member, University Professor.

The tenure of the above Board of Directors is 5 years and will expire on 27/06/2013
