According to a resolution passed by the BoD of EKTER S.A. on 30/06/2005 the makeup of its Board of Directors is as follows:
1. Athanasios Sipsas, son of Konstantinos, Chairman of the BoD / Executive Member, Mechanical Engineer Technician, Holder of a Class IV Diploma (Constructors Experience Registry No. 7605).
2. Thomas Tarampikos, son of Dimitrios, Vice Chairman of the BoD / Executive Member, Architect – Engineer , holder of a CER Diploma, Class IV Building Works and Class III Greenery Development Works (Constructors Experience Registry No. 13817). Responsible for the technical support of building works in projects undertaken by the company.
3. Ioannis Kavetsos, son of Andreas, CEO / Executive Member, Certified Agronomist Surveyor Engineer and Certified Civil Engineer. Holder of a Class IV Diploma (Constructors Experience Registry No. 4051).
4. Konstantinos Stoumpos, son of Ioannis, General & Technical Manager / Executive Member, Certified Electrical Engineer. Holder of a Class IV Diploma (Constructors Experience Registry No. 8876). Responsible for the supervision of public and private projects.
5. Ioannis Ioannidis, son of Emmanuel, Executive Member, Certified Mechanical Engineer. Holder of a Class IV Diploma (Constructors Experience Registry No. 10274). Responsible for the supervision of public and private projects.
6. Charis Trinantafyllou, son of Ioannis, Executive Member, Certified Civil Engineer. Responsible for the supervision of public and private projects.
7. Gregorios Kavetsos, son of Andreas, Non Executive Member, Lawyer.
8. Elias Nikolopoulos, son of Georgios, Independent Non Executive Member, Lawyer.
9. Charalambos Kanellopoulos, son of Konstantinos, Independent Non Executive Member, University Professor.
The tenure of the above Board of Directors is 5 years and will expire on 30/06/2008.
