EKTER S.A., notifies the investors that its subsidiary IFIKLIS S.A. in a Joint-Venture with TALOS S.A. company, signed a contract with the University of the Aegean.
The project concerns the Construction of the Student Housing in Mytilene. The total amount of the contract is 5.492.170,97€ plus V.A.T. and the duration is eighteen (18) months from the signature of the contract.
The IFIKLIS S.A. participate in the Joint-Venture with 37,49%
