The company EKTER SA informs the investing public that on February 6, 2018, signed a concession contract with the company “PIRAMIS HOTELS SA”, owner of EDEN BEACH RESORT.
The subject of the contract is the execution of the project “Completion of Existing Building C, Restructuring – Renovation of Existing A & B Buildings, Landscaping and Other Projects in the Area of the EDEN Hotel Complex in Anavissos, Attica”.
The amount contract of the project is € 19.700.000,00 plus VAT and the deadline for completion is 15 April 2019.
